I run a design studio
called Boana.

Design lead for the music streaming service Pulselocker from 2015 to 2017

Pulselocker is a music streaming service for DJs based in California. With a catalogue of more than 44 Million tracks available to mix directly within leading DJ software, it’s an industry game-changer. I am driving the design since 2016 from a rebranding towards two iterations of web interfaces and mobile apps.

Supporting, consulting, directing and building up design teams from 2015 to 2017

I have been working in agency, freelance, entrepreneurial and corporate environments.
As an external creative director, I helped startups to build up design teams and products. I worked with agencies on projects for clients and consulted large coporates in project management and strategy.

Interface design for smart home service of Allthings in 2016 and 2017

»Allthings« is a platform that optimizes processes in the real estate market. It brings asset mangers, building administrators and tenants closer together. I designed the interface from iterating first ideas to working prototypes. With my team at Boana, we coded it to a HTML and CSS framework.

Product and marketing pages for Lykon's digital health services in 2016

The Berlin startup Lykon (former: Vimeda) offers online bloodtests to track the health and preformance status of their customers. With my team at Boana we explored design directions and consulted Lykon in user experience.

Building brand and fully responsive website for Audisto in 2016

Audisto is a German software company that makes tools for IT-specialists. Together with my team at Boana we have designed the branding from skretch, layouted the website and delivered fully responsive front-end code.

Took four months off and traveled around the world in 2013 to 2014

I got inspired by visiting California, Fiji, New Zealand, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand.

Overview of screen sizes and grid layouts

Designing and prototyping responsive grids and layouts in 2013

Dealing with multi-screen strategies for the creative direction of Deutsche Telekom, I designed responsive solutions for web-interfaces by iterating a bunch of prototype and layouts. These patterns were a conceptual framework for the production teams. Later we implemented these grid logic in the style-guide.

Working on international online store projects in 2013

Working together with Telekom designers in Romania, Croatia, Poland, Netherlands, Greece and other countries, I consulted design teams in ideation and production processes.

Style guides for
information architecture and user interface from 2012 to 2013

Working on an overarching style-guide for the international product landscape of Deutsche Telekom. I created guides for content organization, content views and navigation.
